Turkey Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound ground Turkey (prepare into meatballs. See directions and spices below)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp dried oregano
Meatballs: In a mixing bowl, add turkey and spices above. Mix with clean hands well. Form the ground turkey into ½ inch size meatballs. This should make 24 meatballs. Set aside for later.

Soup Ingredients:
Chicken Stock 32 ounce carton lower sodium
Chicken Broth 32 ounce carton lower sodium
8 ounce package precooked gnocchi
1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
In a large pot, add 2 tbsp. olive oil. Heat to high. Add turkey meatballs and brown on both sides. Once browned, add 1 cup of chicken stock to the pot. Continue to cook the meatballs for an additional 5 minutes. Add remainder of the chicken stock, chicken broth and all seasonings. Allow to come to a boil. Add Gnocchi. Cover pot and cook for 4 minutes or until the gnocchi float to the top. Reduce heat to a simmer and uncover. Add spinach and continue to cook on simmer for 10 minutes.
