Tomato Pasta Soup

 

Ingredients:
1 -12ounce can Tomato sauce
2 – 12 ounce cans of water
1 can of Chicken or vegetable broth
4 cups Small Meatballs (use turkey, chicken, beef or veggie)(homemade or frozen)
3 cups uncooked Pasta shells
1 cup frozen Spinach
½ cup diced Zucchini
2 Carrots diced
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Oregano
Directions:
In a large pot add broth, water, tomato sauce and all seasonings. Allow to come to a boil. Place all ingredients into the pot and continue to boil for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer. Continue to simmer for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
