Grilled Savory Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
4-6 Yellow corn on the cob (in the shuck)
3 tbsp. cream cheese softened
3 tbsp. unsalted butter softened
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Heat Grill to 300. Peel shuck back on each piece of corn. Wash and remove the inner layer of the shuck leaving the rest. Cover the corn with the remaining shuck. Prepare butter mixture. In a bowl mix butter, cream cheese, garlic and salt. Set aside for later. Place corn on the grill for about 5 minutes. Turn the corn and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat last step once more. Remove corn. Peel Shuck back and apply butter mixture. Enjoy!
