Rice with Pineapple and Pecans

Ingredients:
2 cups White Rice
2 cups water
1 cup of fresh pineapple crushed (reserve any juice)
¼ cup pecan pieces
½ tsp salt
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add Rice and seasonings and stir. Reduce heat to a medium. Cook the rice until all water has absorbed and rice can be fluffed with a fork. Once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and pineapple and pecans. Stir together well. Serve.
