Ingredients:
1 container of fresh button mushrooms, sliced
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Directions:
Wash mushroom thoroughly. In a skillet add oil and let heat. Reduce heat and simmer add all ingredients. Cook for about 15 minutes while stirring, until sauce thickens. Serve over Rosemary Chicken .
