Green Beans – Italian Cut

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh green beans or Frozen (Italian Cut)
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
4 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
4 pieces of uncooked bacon
Directions:
In a large pot, add water and let come to a boil. Wash beans thoroughly. Cut the raw bacon into bite size pieces. Once the water is boiling, add green beans, and all other ingredients into the pot. Cover and let beans continue to simmer for about 30 minutes. If water has evaporated, add a little water to the pot and continue to cook. Once beans are tender as you like them, Remove and serve
