Ingredients:
1 package frozen corn
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 16 oz. carton chicken stock
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp granulated sugar
Directions:
In a large pot, add I carton of chicken broth and package of corn. I prefer to use organic lower sodium, but any chicken stock will do. Allow to come to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer add salt, pepper, sugar and butter. Continue to cook on simmer stirring as needed until most of the chicken broth has reduced and is almost gone. Serve.
