Carrots

Ingredients:
5 whole carrots peeled, ends off, and cut into one inch pieces
Water to cover carrots
1 Tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp salt
3 Tbsp. butter
Directions:
In a sauce pot, add carrots, sugar, salt and butter. Add butter to halfway cover carrots. Place on high heat and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce to a medium heat and boil until carrots are able to be pierced slightly by a fork. Serve.
