Ingredients:
1 package frozen baby lima beans
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 16 oz. carton chicken stock
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
Directions:
In a large pot, add I carton of chicken broth and package of lima beans. I prefer to use organic lower sodium, but any chicken stock will do. Allow to come to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer add salt, pepper and butter. Continue to cook on simmer stirring as needed until most of the chicken broth has reduced and is almost gone. Serve.
