
Ingredients:
1 fresh or frozen package of Brussel sprouts
2 tbsp. butter
Water to cover sprouts
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1/8 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
Wash Brussel sprouts if using fresh. In a sauce pot, add sprouts, water to cover, butter and ¼ tsp salt. Place on high heat and bring to a boil. Cook Brussel sprouts for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and cut in half lengthwise. Then place into a mixing bowl. Add ½ tsp salt and black pepper and toss. Then add parmesan cheese on top. Place on a pan. Broil on low for 3-5 minutes. Serve
