Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus spears, fresh
Water to cover asparagus
¼ tsp salt
1/8 cup of Italian dressing
1/8 cup Parmesan- Romano cheese
Directions:
Wash Asparagus and snap to remove bottom portion leaving only the tops and 4 inches down. In a sauce pot, add asparagus, water to cover and salt. Place on high heat and bring to a boil. Cook Asparagus for one minute. Remove from heat and place into a mixing bowl. Add dressing and cheese. Toss to coat. Serve
Serves 6-8
Alternative:
Use 1/8 cup of Caesar dressing to mix and no cheese.
