Salmon

Ingredients:
2 Pounds wild caught salmon with skin on
1 ½ tsp lemon juice squeezed
½ tsp ginger
/12 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil or grape seed oil
Directions:
In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil. In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice freshly squeezed then add all spices and mix with a spoon. This will make a paste. Place the salmon in heated oil skin down. Rub paste on the top of the salmon. Cook for about 8 minutes on medium heat. Do not flip the salmon. Remove and place on plate. Remove skin and serve.
