Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
25-30 large shrimp (frozen or fresh, but not cooked)
1 cup panko bread crumbs (crushed further)
¼ cup AP Flour
¼ Tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp parsley
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
Canola Oil
Directions:
In a medium pot, heat canola oil to a medium heat. Devein, peel and butterfly shrimp. Place in a bowl with cold water. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except oil and shrimp and mix well with a spoon. Once mixed and oil is heated, dredge each shrimp into the mixture and place in the heated oil. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Serve
Note:
Depending on the size of the pot, multiple batches of shrimp will be needed to cook.
