Bourbon Salmon

 

Ingredients:
2 pounds Salmon with skin on
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp. Honey
½ cup Bourbon pralines crushed
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
In a large sauté pan, add oil and heat to medium. Once heated, add Salmon skin side down. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon evenly. Drizzle Honey over the salmon evenly. Allow the salmon to cook uncovered for about 10 minutes. Evenly coat the salmon with the crushed bourbon pralines. Cover the salmon with a lid and cook another 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and plate to serve.
