Ingredients:
1 can green chilies diced and drained
2 cans diced tomatoes drained
1 medium bell pepper seeded and diced
¾ cup white onion diced
1 large red chili pepper diced
1 large jalapeno seeded and diced
2 cloves fresh garlic
2 tsp hot sauce
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for diced tomatoes into a blender. Once pureed add to a large mixing bowl and stir in the remaining diced tomatoes. Allow to refrigerate overnight allowing the flavors to marry.
Yields: 6 cups
Serve with chips
