Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. of hot sauce
¼ tsp garlic
2 tbsp. sour cream
Directions:
In a small sauce pan melt butter and combine the garlic. Place the butter mixture in a bowl. Add sour cream to incorporate. Then add hot sauce and mix well.

Serve with blue cheese meatballs.
