Ingredients:
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
5 tbsp. honey – unflavored
1/8 cup soy sauce – lower sodium
3 tbsp. minced garlic
½ cup chopped green onion (all parts)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except green onion into a small sauce pot. Allow to heat and cook until all ingredients have cooked together. About 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
Use to cook with chicken thighs.
