Ingredients:
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 unsalted stick of butter
¼ cup honey – unflavored
Directions:
In a sauce pan, allow butter to melt. Add sugar and allow to mix in with melted butter well on a medium heat. Once mixed, remove from heat and mix in honey. Place in a container and refrigerate to allow butter mixture to form. Makes about ½ cup.
Allow to refrigerate for a few hours.
Use as a spread for Yeast Rolls or other breads.
