Ingredients:
1 whole cut up chicken
1/2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp ginger
½ tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
3 ½ cups of All Purpose flour
1 quart Buttermilk
Directions:
In one bowl, add flour and all seasonings. In another large bowl, place chicken and cover with buttermilk. Allow the buttermilk and chicken to sit for about 20 minutes.
