Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:
1 package of fresh blueberries
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. corn starch
Directions:
In a small sauce pan add blueberries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling turn heat to med-high and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in corn starch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Strain the bulk blueberries from the sauce mixture.
Yields: 1 cup
Add as a topping to desserts. Add on toast. Or use in tart shells.
Note: If you prefer to have a thinner sauce, do not add the cornstarch.
