Savory Taco Dog

Ingredients:
All Beef Hotdogs
Flour Tortillas
Salsa
Melted Queso cheese or Queso Fresco crumbles
Jalapenos sliced and deseeded
Shredded Lettuce

Directions:
Cook hot dog instructed below
Crisp flour tortilla on the grill. 30 seconds each side.
Place salsa and cheese on the bottom of the tortilla.
Then place hot dog and fold.
Top with Jalapenos and shredded lettuce

Chili Slaw Dog

Sausage Dog

Frito Dog

Ingredients:
All Beef Hotdogs
Sausage or Bratwurst

Toppings:
Chili
Cole Slaw
Sautéed Peppers and Onions
Fritos
Sweet Pickle Relish
Ketchup
Mustard

Split hot dogs and sausage in half. Place on the grill split side down.

Place a pan on top of the dogs to hold down to keep flat. Cook on both sides 2-3 minutes.

Top them as you like.

Slice in fourths and share.
