Ingredients:
2 pounds Lean Angus Beef
6 slices provolone Cheese
½ cup Bleu Cheese crumbled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup hot sauce
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add beef, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Mix together well. Then add half of the hot sauce and mix again. Then add Bleu cheese crumbles and mix gently. Form beef mixture in 6 patties.
Evenly coat the beef patties with the remaining hot sauce. Cook to desired wellness on the grill or stove top.
Add Provolone cheese slices to the beef patties and allow the cheese to melt.
Place on a bun and top with other desired ingredients.
Spicy Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp dry Ranch mix
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 shakes of hot sauce
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add to your favorite hot dog, hamburger or sandwich.
