Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
Kosher sea salt
4 large Baking Potatoes
1-Unsalted Butter sticks
Aluminum Foil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup cheese shredded (Monterey Jack or cheddar)
3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Split each potato in the middle careful not to cut in half. Place 1 tbsp. butter inside each potato. Place the potato on aluminum foil and sprinkle with kosher sea salt to cover both sides. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and fold the top and twist the sided of the foil. Once all potatoes are wrapped, place on a baking sheet and put in the oven on the middle rack. Cook potatoes for about 45 minutes.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop the potato out of the skin leaving some potato around the edges and the bottom. Place all of the scooped potato in a mixing bowl. Add garlic powder, black pepper, sour cream and mix together. Place the mixture evenly back into each ½ of the potato skins. Add cheese and bacon on top of each potato and place back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Serve.
