Ingredients:
Light Brown Sugar
4-6 large Sweet Potatoes
2-Unsalted Butter sticks
Aluminum Foil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Split each potato in the middle careful not to cut in half. Place 1 tbsp. butter inside each potato. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and fold the top and twist the sided of the foil. Once all potatoes are wrapped, place on a baking sheet and put in the oven on the middle rack. Cook potatoes for about 45 minutes to one hour. Potatoes are done when a fork can easily pierce the middle of the potato. Unwrap and sprinkle with light brown sugar to taste.
