Ingredients:
4 large gold or russet potatoes
8 red potatoes
¼ cup EVOO
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Clean potatoes. Cut into 1 inch cubes with skin on. Place in a casserole dish. Mix all dry seasonings together and sprinkle evenly over the potatoes. Then add oil and stir well. Place in the oven to bake 375* F for about 40 minutes. The potatoes are done when a fork can easily pierce through potatoes. Serves 6-8
