Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes skinned and sliced thin
¼ Pound apple wood smoked bacon chopped and cooked till crumbly
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 * F. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except potatoes and stir well. Place the potatoes in an ungreased glass casserole dish . Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Place in the oven uncovered on the middle rack and cook for 45 minutes to one hour. Remove and serve. Serves 4-6
