Baked Potatoes

 

Ingredients:
Kosher sea salt
6-8 large Baking Potatoes
2-Unsalted Butter sticks
Aluminum Foil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Split each potato in the middle careful not to cut in half. Place 1tbsp. butter inside each potato. Place the potato on aluminum foil and sprinkle with kosher sea salt to cover both sides. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and fold the top and twist the sides of the foil. Once all potatoes are wrapped, place on a baking sheet and put in the oven on the middle rack. Cook potatoes for about 45 minutes to one hour. Potatoes are done when a fork can easily pierce the middle of the potato. Unwrap and serve.
