Seared Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork Chops medium thickness
¼ cup of BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. EVOO
Directions:
In a large cast iron pan place olive oil and 2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce. Heat to high. While heating, prepare a casserole dish with a little of olive oil. Preheat oven to 350*F. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. When oil and BBQ sauce mix is slightly bubbly, add the pork chops and cook for 3 minutes per side or until some char has formed. Remove from skillet and place in casserole dish . Add 1-2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce on top of each pork chop. Place on top rack at 350*F for about 10 minutes. Then place on high broiler for 3-5 minutes. Remove and serve.
