Ingredients:
1 slab of St. Louis style ribs
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground ginger
BBQ of your choice Or homemade Rib Sauce
Directions:
Mix all spices together. Allow ribs to become room temperature. Remove thin outer layer of skin from back of slab over the bone. Cut slab of ribs in half with scissors. Rub mix on both sides of ribs. Place the rubbed ribs meat side down into a large square glass casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 250 *F. Cook for 2-21/2 hours. Remove from oven. Place ribs on an outdoor grill at med heat and baste both sides with BBQ sauce. Continue to cook for 20-30 minutes or until meat is easily removed with a fork. Baste with BBQ sauce every 6-7 minutes and turn.
