Ingredients:
8 thinly sliced pork chops (no bone)
8 ounce package fried onions crushed
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375* F. In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise and spices and mix well. In a separate mixing bowl add crushed fried onions. Dredge each pork slice in mayonnaise mixture and then in the onion mixture. Once all pork pieces have been dredged, place in a large flat casserole dish. Then cook in the oven on the middle rack for 25 minutes – 30 minutes depending on the thickness. Serve immediately.
Serves 6-8
Optional: Add 2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp of paprika, 1/4 cup of plain dried bread crumbs to onion mixture.
