This is my Dad’s creation. It is so YUMMY!!

Ingredients:
10-12 pound ham
3/4 cup syrup
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup yellow mustard
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325*F. In a roasting pan, cover the bottom with aluminum foil. Place ham in the roasting pan. With a brush coat the ham with 1/2 of the sauce. Place aluminum foil over the ham to cover and place in the oven on the middle rack. Cook for 75 minutes. Remove Ham and aluminum foil covering the ham. Baste the ham with the remaining sauce and place back in the oven uncovered. Continue to cook the ham for about 20-30 minutes. Serve. Reserve Ham Hock and freeze. Use later with collards or other seasonal vegetables.
