Ingredients:
4-5 pound pork loin or shoulder pork roast
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp hot sauce
Directions:
In a sauce pan add liquid ingredients. Heat on medium and add remaining spices and sugar. Allow to heat enough to mix all ingredients for about 10 minutes. In a crock pot, place the pork and the sauce. Allow to cook on high for 6 hours or until pork is cooked all the way and falls apart easily. Once the pork is cooked through, tear away with fork. Allow to remain on low heat for another hour. Serve on buns.
