
Ingredients:
1 prepackaged pork tenderloin
1 pound of bacon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions:
Cook bacon in microwave partially but still pliable. Mix all spices and Worcestershire sauce together and tub on tenderloin. Once the bacon has cooled wrap each slice around tenderloin. Once completed place aluminum foil over top of the casserole dish and cook on 300* for about one hour. Check internal temperature. it may be necessary to cook for another 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and place in oven on middle rack and broil until the bacon is crispy. Remove from heat and let stand in juices before slicing. Take the left over juices and drain into a sauté pan. Add orange juice and simmer to a boil. If thicker sauce is preferred, then add 2 tbsp. of flour to orange juice and whisk together. Once sauce is completed, pour over sliced tenderloin and serve.
