Ingredients:
One 16oz package of Medium sized shells or Rigotti shells
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Shredded mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 16 ounce jar of marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce
½ cup Fresh Spinach finely chopped
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add warm water to fill and place shells into the water for about 15 minutes. This will allow the shells to soften enough for stuffing. In another mixing bowl, add cheeses, salt, pepper and spinach and mix thoroughly. With a butter knife add the mixture to each of the shells to fill. Place each stuffed shell in a lightly greased, large glass casserole dish.
Once the bottom of the glass dish is covered with stuffed shells, add spaghetti sauce to coat. Place in a preheated oven 375*F and cook 45-50minutes. Serve
