Ingredients:
2.5 pound broil steak
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of French Onion soup
3 potatoes cut into 1” squares
3 carrots cut into 1” pieces
Directions:
In a large casserole dish, place steak. Rub with olive oil and all spices on both sides. Allow to marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375*F. Pour soup over top of steak. Cover with aluminum foil. Place steak into the oven. Cook for about 1 hour. Remove and mix in potatoes and carrots. Place back in the oven and cook uncovered for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve
