Ingredients:
1 carton vanilla bean ice cream, softened
2 cups clear cream de cacao liqueur
2 cups clear cream de menthe liqueur
3 drops green food coloring
Large freezer compatible bowl
Directions:
In a large bowl, add softened ice cream, liqueurs and food coloring. Stir to combine well. Serve immediately. Refrigerate to keep cold. Place back in freezer if melted to firm.
