Taco Dip

Ingredients:
1 pound browned ground beef cooked and drained of fat (optional)
1 can refried beans heated
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
2 tomatoes sliced into ¼ inch pieces
2 avocados skinned and cut into ¼ inch pieces
2 tsp lime juice
1 jar of chunky salsa
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 12 oz. can sliced pitted black olives
1 16 oz. package of mixed taco cheese
Directions:
Take cut Avocados and gently stir in lime juice to coat. This will prevent the avocados from turning brown.
In a large casserole dish place heated refried beans and spread along the bottom. Then add sour cream. Next add ground beef. Then layer the avocados. Add the salsa to that layer. Then add lettuce. Next add the cheese. Then garnish with the tomatoes and black olives.

Cover and place in refrigerator for at least two hours but no more than 12 hours prior to serving.

Serve with chips
