Ingredients:
2 – ripe Avocados
1 – large red bell pepper
½ cup whipped cream cheese
½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
½ Lemon squeezed
1 cup Buttermilk
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp horseradish
1 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp salt
Directions:
In a food processor, place all ingredients and pulse until the dip is smooth and creamy. Serve with chips.
