
Ingredients:
1 jar Blueberry jam
1 ½ cup All Purpose Flour
¼ tsp Salt
2/3 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
¼ tsp Lemon Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. In a large bowl, add flour and salt. In a standing mixer bowl, add butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg yolks and Lemon oil. Beat until mixed. Add dry ingredients slowly to the mixture and mix together on low. Cover dough with plastic wrap and let chill for about one hour. Shape cookies into one inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet at least 1” apart. Press the center of the cookie gently with thumb or index finger to make an impression in the middle of the dough. You will add blueberry jam when cookies are done. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool and then place Blueberry Sauce or Jam in the indentation.
Makes 36 cookies.
