Ingredients:
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
6 tbsp. cocoa powder, sifted
6 tbsp. softened butter
5 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add butter, evaporated milk, vanilla and beat together. Then add sifted cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Beat well. Then add the cream of tartar and beat again. Frost any cake or cupcake.
