Ingredients:
2 cups dried Oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup dark chocolate morsels
1 cup caramel sauce
1 ½ cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp coarse sea salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F
In a mixing bowl, add flour and baking powder. Set aside. In a standing mixer add softened butter and caramel sauce. Blend until creamy. Add egg. Mix until blended well. Add ½ of the dry mixture and mix until blended. Add the remaining dry mixture and mix until blended.
Remove the mixture and place in a large bowl. Add the oats, almond slices and dark chocolate. Mix with a spoon until combined.
Scoop out the mixture into one inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press each formed cookie ball slightly to make a more rounded cookie. Place in the oven for 14-16 minutes. Once the cookies are slightly brown on the bottom, remove and let cool.
