Ingredients:
1stick unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ cups of dark chocolate chunks
½ cup fresh blueberries
2 cups flour
1 egg
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
In a standing mixer, mix butter and sugar until blended. Add peanut butter and egg and mix until blended. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to standing mixer and mix well. Fold chocolate chunks in well. Fold blueberries gently into the mixture. Preheat oven to 350*F. Place cookie dough in rounded tablespoon on a slightly greased cookie sheet at least 2” apart. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool.
