Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp clear vanilla
3 egg whites
1 cup milk
½ cup canola oil
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. In a large mixing bowl add sugar and milk. Incorporate well by whisking until sugar is dissolved. Add the remaining wet ingredients. Whisk together well. Then add all of the dry ingredients. Place into greased and lightly floured cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
