Orange Chicken Stir Fry

Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken cut into ¼ slices
2 tbsp. all- purpose flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce
¼ cup orange juice (no Pulp)
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup sesame garlic sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp pepper
½ of head of broccoli cut with florets only
2-3 carrots sliced diagonally
1 small package of slivered almonds
Optional: include snow peas, mushrooms etc.
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, Orange Juice, garlic, sesame garlic, ginger and pepper in a bowl and set aside. Cook chicken in a large sauté pan with olive oil until brown. Remove Chicken from the pan. Add half of mixture in bowl to pan. Add 2 tbsp. flour to oil and whisk until free of lumps. Place chicken back in pan and cook until done. Remove chicken leaving any sauce in the pan. Add carrots to the pan and cook partially about 6 minutes. Then add broccoli and cook another 5 minutes. The vegetables should be cooked but still crisp. Next add snow peas and cook for about 4 minutes. Quickly add chicken back to the pan and reheat. Serve over white or yellow saffron rice. Cook the rice according to package directions.
