Honey Chicken with Arugula Salad and Smashed Red Potatoes

 

Ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts thinly sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, mix honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce , seasonings and flour until the flour has mixed thoroughly. In a large skillet, heat oil to high and add chicken to brown on both sides. Reduce heat to a medium and pour mixture into the skillet. Continue to cook until sauce has thickened and coated the chicken. This will be about 8-10 minutes. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Serve.
