Honey Chicken

Ingredients:
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
5 tbsp. honey – unflavored
1/8 cup soy sauce – lower sodium
3 tbsp. minced garlic
½ cup chopped green onion (all parts)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400*F. Mix all ingredients except green onion into a small sauce pot. Allow to heat and cook until all ingredients have cooked together. About 10 minutes. Place Chicken thighs in a large casserole dish. Pour mixture over the chicken thighs to coat evenly. Place in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes. Remove and add green onion on top. Cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Serve.
