Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:
6 thin chicken breast cuts
1 ¼ cups Marsala cooking wine
1- 8 ounce package sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups chicken stock
2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp ginger
Directions:
In a large skillet heat pan to a medium heat. Add chicken stock and let heat. Coat chicken breasts with 2 tbsp. flour. Add chicken to heated stock. While chicken is browning, Mix Marsala wine and seasonings together. Once the chicken is browned on both sides, add the Marsala mixture. Allow chicken to cook for about 5 more minutes. Turn the chicken and add mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and serve.
