Tuna Casserole

This was my favorite dinner growing up. My Mother used to make this often.

 

Ingredients:
2 – 6 ounce cans of tuna in water, drained
1 package of wide egg noodles
2-cans of cream of mushroom soup (or celery if preferred)
1-can of sweet early peas
½ tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350* F. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir well. Transfer to a glass casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs or cheese if preferred. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve.
