Mama’s Macaroni and Cheese

 

 

Ingredients:
1 box large elbow noodles
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
3 cups milk
3 large eggs
32 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. Cook elbow noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and place in a mixing bowl. Add cheddar cheese soup, salt, pepper, butter and one cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add these ingredients to a large deep casserole dish. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the macaroni mixture evenly. Add remaining Cheddar Cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes. Dish should be bubbly and cheese melted. Serve.
