
Ingredients:
5 cups frozen shredded potatoes
¼ tsp pepper
One cup of water
¼ cup onion
1 can cream of onion soup
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350*F. In an 8*8 glass casserole dish, add one cup of water and shredded potatoes. Place in microwave and cook for 5 minutes. Remove carefully as dish may be hot. Stir and let sit for 5 more minutes. Drain excess water. Return back to casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add salt to taste. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
